This wild-caught Alaskan salmon filet is smoked for 12 hours with beechwood chips.  These fully-cooked filets are a great compliment to mixed greens with a vinaigrette, grilled vegetables, sautéed asparagus, rice, or a quinoa salad.

Each order contains two 3.75 oz. portions.

Easy Prep

Thaw in the refrigerator, remove from package, and serve cold or at room temperature.
