A delicate blend of all-natural beef, veal, pork, and pecorino cheese that is hand formed and roasted, then simmered in a rich tomato sauce and finished with parsley and basil.

Chef Ken's Notes

Serve over spaghetti, angel hair, or penne pasta. Add a lightly toasted piece of bread drizzled with olive oil and rubbed with fresh garlic.

Easy Prep

There are two easy ways to prepare this entrée:

  1. Heat the frozen, unopened pouch in a pot of boiling water for about 18 minutes, then cut a corner of the pouch and empty the contents into a bowl.
  2. Thaw the unopened pouch, empty the thawed contents into a pan, heat, and serve.
